Your first year of ElevenOS, free: make more time for your people

Moving to a new HR system takes more than opening an account. You need time to organize employee records, check schedules, review your policies and help people find their way around.
The launch offer gives your team a full year to use ElevenOS Growth within the scope agreed for your company. Start with one everyday workflow, bring a small group on board and build from there.
People, attendance and payroll, together
Growth brings core HR and attendance together with Philippine payroll and digital payslips. Your team can follow the work from an employee’s time record through review and payroll preparation.

Enrollment in the launch offer must be confirmed by ElevenOS by December 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Philippine time. Your 12 months of free subscription access begin on your agreed activation date.
December is the deadline to join, not the date every company’s free access ends. A company activated in December 2026 receives its own 12-month period from that activation date.
Book a walkthrough early enough to review your requirements and confirm enrollment before the deadline. A demo booking expresses interest; it does not automatically enroll your company or activate a free-year subscription.
Know what is covered before you start
The offer covers 12 months of Growth subscription fees for the employee allowance agreed in your company’s offer. It is not an unlimited-employee or all-services package. We’ll review your headcount and requirements during your walkthrough and confirm eligibility and the included allowance before activation.
Your company’s offer will also identify any setup, migration, training, devices, integrations, additional employees or other services and their costs. Do not assume those items are free unless they are included in your written offer.

What happens after the free year?
The promotional subscription period lasts 12 months from activation. Your written offer will set out the end date, pricing afterward, renewal or cancellation process and data-export arrangements before you enroll.
Ask us to walk through the amount for your expected employee count and whether renewal requires your acceptance or is automatic under the agreement. The free-year headline is not a promise of free access forever.

Does the free access end in December?
No. December 31, 2026 is the enrollment deadline. An enrolled company receives 12 months of free subscription access from its agreed activation date.
How many employees can we include?
The included employee allowance is confirmed with your company before enrollment. Bring your current and expected headcount to the demo; the offer does not promise unlimited employees.
Are setup and migration also free?
Not automatically. Your written offer will specify any included services and any setup, migration, devices, integrations or other charges before activation.
Does booking a demo activate the offer?
No. Booking a demo lets us review your requirements. Eligibility, scope and enrollment must be confirmed by ElevenOS before the deadline; the free period begins at the agreed activation date.
