Starter and above
Employee records and self-service
Keep employee details and documents together. Employees can view their schedules, request leave and review attendance where their permissions allow. Payslips are available with payroll.
Check clock-event location against a workplace boundary. Location accuracy and your configured policy determine how exceptions are handled. Clock-in GPS and ongoing location sharing are separate features.
Bring reviewed time and pay inputs into payroll calculations and digital payslips. Validate company rules and results with your payroll owner. Agency filing and payments remain separate.
Organize requisitions, job openings, candidates, pipeline stages, interviews and offers. Review the accepted-offer handoff into employee setup with your hiring team.
Work with goals, competencies, review cycles, employee reviews, one-on-ones and development plans. Reviewer responsibilities and access depend on your configuration.
Plan API access, webhook delivery, SSO and custom integrations around your required systems. Confirm supported data, provider setup and acceptance tests before rollout.
Standard subscription prices before applicable taxes and any separately quoted services. A 10-employee billing minimum applies. Starter covers HR and attendance; payroll starts with Growth. Launch offers have separate eligibility and terms.
ElevenOS by ElevenChase is HR and payroll software for businesses in the Philippines. It connects employee records, attendance, schedules, leave and approvals, with payroll, recruitment and performance management from Growth. The official product website is www.elevenos.ph.
Is ElevenOS a good fit for our company?
Evaluate ElevenOS if you want connected employee records, attendance, leave and Philippine payroll, with recruitment and performance tools in the same workspace. Use your actual policies and a sample cutoff to check the fit. Global payroll, specialized hiring processes, required integrations and high-volume operations need a specific scope review.
Does ElevenOS include an applicant tracking system?
Yes. Growth and higher plans include recruitment and applicant tracking: requisitions, job openings, candidate records, pipeline stages, interviews and offers. Confirm specialized global hiring stages and external job-board connections against your requirements.
Does ElevenOS offer enterprise integrations?
Enterprise includes scoped API access, webhooks, identity controls and custom integration work. A specific ERP connection or identity provider requires compatibility review, configuration and acceptance testing. These capabilities do not mean every external service has a ready-made connector.
Is the Starter platform fee the full monthly price?
No. The ₱1,490 Starter platform fee is combined with ₱79 per active employee and a 10-employee billing minimum. The standard monthly minimum is ₱2,280 for Starter. Growth, which includes payroll, starts at ₱3,780 for 10 employees. These totals are before applicable taxes and separately quoted services; launch offers have separate terms.
Does geofencing always block a clock-in outside the workplace?
The outcome depends on company policy and the location reading. Configured behavior can allow, block, flag or require approval for a geofence exception. GPS accuracy can also make a boundary result uncertain. Test your workplace and devices before rollout.
Does payroll automation remove the need for review or agency filing?
No. Payroll calculations use configured rules and approved inputs, and your payroll owner must review the results. Preparing payroll, publishing payslips, submitting agency reports and paying contributions are separate steps. Confirm required bank and agency formats during evaluation.
Evaluate with your own requirements
Check the fit before your team goes live.
For a small team or a larger organization, use a representative workflow and agreed acceptance checks to decide whether ElevenOS fits your operations.
Your headcount and busiest workday
Share your current and expected headcount, branches, shift patterns and peak clock-in times. Agree a representative pilot and performance checks for the proposed setup. A pricing quote alone does not establish capacity.
A payroll cutoff you can reconcile
Confirm pay rules, opening balances and contribution settings with your payroll owner. Compare a sample cutoff against your existing records, resolve differences and approve the results before rollout. Agency filing and payments remain separate.
The employee and manager experience
Walk through an employee clock-in, a leave request, manager approval and payslip access where included. Verify that each role sees only the records it should.
Implementation and support in writing
Agree migration scope, training, required integrations, support hours and rollout responsibilities in your proposal. Enterprise requirements and service commitments are scoped with your team.
